I was asked to touch on what I call “Very Advanced Structures.” AsĮarlier, I will discuss these structures for the benefit of free Player with all the structures necessary to have a thriving empire. That is, it shows what a player limited to five terraforms canĪccomplish by building on the right astro. Platforms all require substantial research to construct. Orbital Bases, Androids Factories, Antimatter Plants and Multi-Level Keep Your Enemies Close, And Your Powder Dry.One additional benefit to a moon is a 25% discount on Biosphere Modification. Generally players with upgraded accounts (and no limits on MLP and Terraforms) prefer moons while players on free accounts prefer planets. However you have less space, which will increase your Terraform and Multi-level Platforms costs. This makes defense a lot cheaper and quicker to build up on Moons. However moons get a 50% discount of Planetary Rings and Planetary Shields. Planets have 9-12 more area than the moon of the same type. There is no way to improve the base Crystal of your planet.Īll types of Astros, except Asteroids, have two sub-types: Planet and Moon. Crystal 3 astros are very rare in the universe. The amount of Crystals on your planet is dependent on which type of planet you choose and can be from 0 to 3. With each level of Crystal Mines your economy will be raised by the value of the Crystals. There is no way to improve the base Gas of your planet.Ĭrystals are a precious resource on your planet that can be utilized for an economic boost. Planets in the 4th and 5th orbital get +1 to Gas. The Gas rating of your base is dependent on its Orbital and the type of planet you have selected, varying from 1 to 4. This can be utilized by Gas Plants into Power which you can use to keep your base running. Gas is the amount of power your planet gets from the gas buried deep in its core. There is no way to improve the base Metal of your planet. Metal is dependent on the planet selection you make, and can vary from 1 to 3 metal. The Metal Refineries will make up the core of your base. Metal is the amount your base's Production and Construction will rise with each level of Metal Refineries’. Astros in the second and third orbitals get +1 fertility. ‘ Biosphere Modification’ can increase/boost your fertility. Every ground structure you build on your Astro takes up a single population (Except Terraform, Multilevel Platforms). There is no way to improve the base Solar of your planet.įertility is the amount your base's population will rise with each level of Urban Structures. On the first orbital its 4, 3 in the second and continues like this until 0. The solar rating of your base is dependent on its Orbital. This can be utilised by Solar Plants into Power which you can use to keep your base running. Solar is the amount of power your planet gets from your systems sun. Usable area can be expanded as you can use Terraform and Multi-level Platforms to increase the space on your Astro. Area can be anything from 65 to 95 depending on what type of Astro you have chosen. Each building with the exception of a couple of orbital structures take up 1 unit of area. For more information on each of the planet types see the Astros section.Īrea is the amount of space you have on your Astro. There are 146 possible combinations of Astro type, terrain, and orbit. These are determined by the type of Astro, whether it is a planet, Asteroid or Moon and its Orbital. The exception is guild bases, which you can always view.Įach Astro has its own set of stats. Once one of your ships parks in a region all of the astro details are visible to you. These are astros which are located in regions you have not visited. For more information on how the universe and galaxies are set out look at the Celestial Map.Īn unknown astro is an astro without any physical characteristics except for solar energy. "4" indicates which orbital the Astro is in, and "5" denotes its position within that orbital. The "11" signifies the galaxy, the "22" signifies the region, and "33" signifies the system. The "B" signifies the server in which the Astro is located, in this case Beta Server. An Astro's location is a series of numbers that look like this: B11:22:33:45.
